Whether you are here for Open Jump or a Special Event, our goal is for you to have a “Jumpin” Good Time! While you are here, keep in mind we have information that is very important, so please do your best to do your part in keeping us all safe.

Socks are required for ALL of our guests.
Clothes with zippers or hooks, other than at the waist, are not allowed.
No food or drink near jumpers.
No high heels or shoes on the Main Floor (socks only).
No confetti, silly string, streamers or pinatas.
No running on the Open Floor.
No climbing on teh sides or tops of Jumpers.
No profanity and/or disrespectful behavior at any time.
Everyone must sign a waiver before being allowed to jump. One family can sign a waiver.
No unaccompanied minors. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Wild & unruly children will be caged, handcuffed and fed to kangaroos.
Children are to be supervised at all times by an adult in accordance with company policy and state law.
